All of our seafood is guaranteed fresh; inspected and packed for overnight shipping in a specially insulated container. This container includes frozen gel packs to maintain proper temperatures, as well as special packing material (seaweed and/or foam) saturated with salt water to keep the lobsters gills moist.

Guaranteed fully-meated every time because Clearwater lobster are harvested when energy levels are highest, meat content is maximum and shells are hardest.
